restrictive. I am OK with it. It has the flavor of pre-cyber anarchy. I like its style. But I see what you

I'll take your word for this being a worthy journal, Robert, but:
- you have to buy a copy to find out what they publish
- they only accept postal submissions
- they don't allow simultaneous submissions but expect you to wait up to 6 months for a response.
