I love the focus on writing, what writers need to know and what happens behind the scenes when editors judge works. The interviews focus on an overall concern for writers who work so hard and need to know what to do with their stories. Great information. When I send something out I always feel into goes into this enormous bin of unread stories lying in some dank basement. These interviews help me see who the people actually are behind the scenes. It humanizes the whole process and gives me a bit more confidence that some sentient being is actually going to read my stories. Great Job. RT
