Can’t say enough good things about f(r)iction! I have a piece coming out with them in March and they have been a JOY to work with - insightful, kind editorial feedback and a group chat for all contributors so we can stay up to date on the production schedule, artwork, and more! It’s been so fun and the whole experience has felt very special!
Woohoo! My favorite LMN column! FANTASTIC selections; I love ANMLY, Electric Lit, Split Lip, and Five South, and I'll definitely be checking out the others!
Just finished browsing through Black Fox Lit #27. Some really good stuff. I really liked "Everything they taught us about horticulture is a lie," by S. Maxfield, but then again I love fantasy. "The Red Eye" is posted under nonfiction, and if you have ever travelled through the night with a testy two year old, it will resonate!
Thanks for doing this, Jessica. I checked out Moss on Duotrope, which cautions “Do not submit here. Project believed to be defunct.” They don’t seem to have produced an issue of the magazine in 2024, so that could be the reason.

And you’re in the company of Joyce Carol Oates in number 13
Awesome!!!!! I’ve only tried them once. I love their unique vision.
Thank you so much for reading and highlighting my piece, Jessica! I'm so grateful. Can't wait to check out the other pieces you recommended!!
